Allowing More in 2024
The Town of Jackson, WY, has elected to allow Short-Term Rental capabilities for properties outside of the pre-existing Lodging Overlay starting January 1, 2024.
The new legislation is intended to help neighborhoods preserve their character while helping local owners maximize their properties’ value. Could this become a major selling point for second-home owners?
Notable Changes
There are no significant changes for properties inside the Lodging Overlay. The notable changes now in place for residences outside of the lodging overlay include:
- Allows 3 Separate Short-Term Rentals per Year
- Maximum of 60 Short-Term Rental days per Year
