Meet Ian
Ian skied and fly-fished his way from Southern, Vermont landing in Jackson Hole in late 1995. Balancing work and the Jackson lifestyle he began his career managing a successful software company while volunteering teaching kids to ski at Snow King Mountain. His love for sales led him into a real estate career as a practicing Broker for the last 25 years.
Producing millions of dollars in volume through a diverse array of properties, transactions, and research including vacant land sales, 1031 exchanges; commercial space for nationwide companies; investment properties for clients worldwide; and second homes or permanent residential properties. He works with buyers and sellers alike never leaving a stone unturned such as negotiating a recent sale for a ranch property listed for $32,950,000. Other significant sales include a Shooting Star golf property at Teton Village listed for $24,995,000, and a ski-in/ski-out property slope side at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort listed for $17,000,000.
If Ian is not spending time growing Keller Williams Jackson Hole as a partner/owner, you will likely find him with his two son's Henderson and Emmett, or fly-fishing on the Snake River, skiing an untracked run at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, playing a round of golf at Teton Pines, or camping and boating on Jackson Lake in the summer with his boys.
After working for many years at Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, he is one of the founding partners of Keller Williams Jackson Hole, and loves his new role and very proud of the our new brokerage that opened in the summer of 2022.
Ian is Shelter JH Board member advocating for affordable housing in Jackson Hole. He Volunteers at One22 Resource Center which helps those in need of food and financial assistance. And is a Chamber of Commerce member.
Ian gives a portion of each sales commission to one of the affordable housing organizations in Jackson Hole.
